Entitled rich girl problems
First time listener: Listened to the entire episode 19 and sorry, but I think Joan had every right to dismiss you after you dismissed her. If someone goes out of their way to help you, the least you could do is thank them and explain why you went another way. You sound like a spoiled brat with every privilege in the world who got into NYU bc of a connection to the dean rather than merit. Then, your first actual challenge and you immediately pull the rich mommy/daddy card to come help you get your way instead of actually learning from the situation.
