“Great Podcast and relatable hosts. I started getting back into Yugioh almost a year ago first with Master Duel and then visiting Locals around every 2 to 3 weeks now and the Podcast really helped to stay passively up to date.
Im German but currently I live in Vietnam and Vietnam has a pretty interesting Yugioh scene, as its not an official Yugioh country the shops here have to kinda manage by themselves how to get products und organize tournaments which is kinda fun. My local shop usually doesn’t commit to OCG or TCG. Basically on the Weekly Tournament you can play any card in any language as long as it’s an original card, so you can also play Japanese, Chinese, Korean Cards and many more. And in a bit bigger monthly Tournament only TCG Asian English Card are permitted, which makes it much more affordable to get some staples in AE. Although the TCG card market here is more expensive you can get almost every card you want. And another interesting fact is that most Yugioh players here are quite young, mostly early 20s, so I fell sometimes a bit old being 29 :)
