Wow, start slow!!!!!
Brilliant, just what I have been looking for, but started with 150bpm and blew up half way through a 10k run. Always with a good background baseline, so you know when your feet are supposed to be hitting that tarmac. Keep up the good work!!!!

This is such a wonderful idea, I am always trying to find music to work out to but iTunes does not have a great selection and their dance music is always behind it seems. I have been using the Hed Kandi Twisted Disco sets from the last two years but this is even better! Keep up the great work!
