Happy to have Podrunner
I have been listening for many years and before I retired I was a monthly contributor. Podrunner has helped me create a number of different, worthwhile workouts and age gracefully. Now I mostly able to hike and power walk (gave up running at 60), so I especially appreciate the episodes between 100-130 bpm. I joined a senior hiking group and with Podrunner training, I am able to finish strenuous hikes in the lead. I appreciate Podrunner so much. Thank you for all you do.

Fantastic. Just what i have been looking for. How about a 170 though. 155 is an 11 min mile for me and 180 is an 8 minute mile. How about a 170? Keep up the fantastic work.

This is the ONLY podcast that I subscribe to regularly. It is absolutley perfect for running, it gets me in a good pace and keeps me there. Download it and try it at the gym you won't be disapointed.Read full review »
