Just what I didn’t know I needed
This podcast makes me stop every time I listen. In the middle of getting ready for work or doing the dishes I stop and remember someone I love or a feeling from childhood. In the middle of all the busyness I stop and remember that do I feel all the time. Lovely.

I really love the format, where the host (Pádraig Ó Tuama) first reads the poem, contemplates the meaning of the poem, then reads it again at the end. The music, Tuama’s calming voice, and the great choice of inspiring poems all make this an excellent podcast.
