We are capping this PE2023 series with a post-results analysis episode with someone we never expected to have on the show but are deeply honoured to host: Professor Tommy Koh. He is a Special Adviser at the Institute of Policy Studies at the National University of Singapore. He is also a diplomat, lawyer, professor and author who served as Singapore's Permanent Representative to the United Nations between 1968 and 1971.
In this episode, we pick Prof Koh’s brain on Mr. Tharman’s landslide victory, including the various reasons that led to the unexpectedly wide victory margin. We will also discuss what the future of Singapore with Mr. Tharman as President can look like.
