“I was stunned to learn that The New York Times had decided to cancel all their podcasts. "Tech Talk" was the best of NYT's audio offerings and I was incredibly disappointed to see the show go. Thankfully , J.D. and Pedro decided to put together a new podcast on their own and while the show is similar in structure to their old show there is a looseness and a freewheeling, "New York" sensibility to " Pop Tech Jam" that their old show lacked. The production sounds great and the mixture of tech smarts, playful sarcasm, fun and obvious passion for all things geek comes across strongly. J. D. and Pedro are a great team and I honestly look forward to every new episode!”
