Fun and insightful!
Love this podcast!! The hosts are delightful, enthusiastic and insightful and manage to discuss mental health with real insight and respect, while also keeping such a fun and energetic tone to their episodes. I’ve learned a lot, watched a heap of movies I had missed out on, and taken a lot of informative messages or perspectives on board. It feels like recapping movies with friends - if your friends were educated and successful therapists. Wonderful way to normalise mental health discussion and encouraging people to seek help like you would for any other health issue, especially when this group of mental health professionals are so relatable and clearly kind and compassionate humans who would be so easy to talk to. Super diverse range of movie genres covered too. The only thing I could for is more episodes! Also: team Hufflepuff all the way!

Amazing content. Great rapport between all three therapists. Appreciate that child/adolescent, couples and individual therapy perspectives are represented.
