Roger is going to give a preview of the Case Law Update that he and Jim Ruble, PharmD, JD with the University of Utah College of Pharmacy are presenting at this year's conference. ASPL’s annual case law update will provide summaries of court decisions, lawsuits, and settlements from the last twelve months.
