It then explores disability justice work, trauma work and the ideologies these issues can hold. Nkem and Lindsay discuss the lack of empathy and support that many people receive through the medical system and Nkem speaks about her organizational understanding of Resilience, and what the Resilience Toolkit course teaches, and trains others to teach. Other questions explored include -What does it mean to be trauma informed? and what should we be looking out for in an online program?
