This Podcast helped me get a job! Simple and Adds Value DAILY
Easily the best strength and conditioning podcast available. Top of the line humor, excellent personalities, anecdotes that paint a picture that helps in coaching, Day to Day decision making (like be a man and just order the red meat again), helps guide me to what books, articles, and studies I should be reading. It’s like a reprogramming from all the dumpster fire garbage can lid salad the field of strength and conditioning generally serves the uninitiated and those unwilling to think simply but also deeper. This has changed the way I eat and approach my training and has enhanced my coaching ability by helping me notice the things that are actually important (posture and position, mentality, ability to replicate speed and power, etc.). I have been able to eliminate podcasts and books that I now know don’t actually matter or add value in any way. Thanks to this podcast I was able to change the way I approach training conversations (in this case the link between posture and position and Golf) and enhanced my ability to be completely confident in what I was saying. Due to this change I was able to interview well and score a full time job a few weeks prior my wedding!! I look forward to the day in the future that I am able to become a Power Athlete Certified Coach (earn my block).

I have been listening to PAR for over a year and have gone back and listened to old episodes too and I am unsubscribing. The hosts are constantly cutting off the guests to tell them about the subject in which they were brought on to talk about. Especially John Welbourn who is constantly getting...Read full review »
