“I get that these hosts are all writers, but when comes to actually analyzing a show’s plot and characters, they don’t do that very well. It’s surface level recapping with irrelevant nitpicks every other minute, at best. They focus more on minor continuity errors, than actual arcs. I don’t think “being a writer”, is a good excuse for, only caring about nitpicking stuff. It also doesn’t make their opinions, law. They don’t exactly pay enough attention to the important nuances and details, as viewers, to be talking about any of the shows missing those same things. They miss too many details, when discussing, so when they start complaining, it’s about things that were already explored or touched on, in the episodes they are reviewing, they just wind up being incorrect most of the time. A lot of things things they say they don’t understand, if they paid better attention, they would understand it. That’s not something to be put on the show, but the hosts. 🤷♀️ They aren’t very objective or prone to using logic, to explain the things they’re always so confused about. Just paying better attention would clear up a lot of that stuff, as well as using a little more common sense.
When you critique, you have to do those things. Being writers, I’d like to think they would, but…
The girl can be kind of funny though….so there’s that. Not much else, though. I’d skip this one. Sorry.”
