“Matty is such a cool guy, recent guests have been great but Alex bums me out. He constantly complains that he doesn’t want to do a food podcast and doesn’t seem to be enthusiastic about anything at all. It reminds me of that friend you have in high school that is too cool for everything but isn’t all that interesting because they don’t bring anything to the table except negativity. Complaining isn’t a personality. I don’t really get what he brings to the table personally. Aside from that production quality could be improved a lot. Levels are all over the place and editing is bad, often times there is over talking about getting a guest connected or messy production stuff that could be just edited out. I hear people talking in the background, loud mouse clicks, Alex talking to someone off mic, “hello? Hello? Can you hear me?”, someone doing stuff in a background.... It doesn’t have to be food to be interesting, I love some of the discussions that happen. Friends hanging out can be cool enough to chill and listen to but sound problems and the negativity are enough to ruin it for me. I’d honestly rather just have Matty interview people.”
