The Sacral Centre - Finding Trust, Pleasure & Rest in Every Moment with Christina Irvin
Listen now
Description
In this week’s episode Christina Irvin, 1/3 emotional generator, joins me to talk all things sacral centre. Christina has only one channel, the 59-6, and shares her experience of discovering she was a generator but not being able to connect with the experience as she felt burnt out, exhausted and was experiencing chronic illness. She shares her journey into connecting with and filling her sacral with all the things that feel “yummy” to her. We discuss the tendency to respond in the moment can cause confusion and overwhelm. And that sacral beings' access to energy is truly found in the waiting (as it is for the undefined sacral too). We talk about the vulnerability of getting into your body and connecting to your inner authority adding the nuance of health, anxiety, upbringing and safety. We share beautiful anecdotes of what “lights up” a generator can be the exact things that allow a non-sacral to restore and empty. Christina ends the conversation with a beautiful invitation into your experiment and finding “micro-joys” and “micro-rest” in every moment of your day.  Christina Irvin of GlowGlowJuice HD is a creative, guide and teacher who helps others connect with and deepen their understanding of the Human Design system.
