Finding Beautiful Hypocrisy in the Defined Head & Ajna - Moving through fixedness & softening opinions with Kate Marolt
Listen now
Description
In this episode I’m joined by Kate, a ⅗ Self-Projected Projector to discuss life with a defined head and ajna. We discuss how it feels to live life with a lot of mental energy, especially as 2 non-sacral beings. We share the experience of having a “fixed” set of questions and ideas and ways of processing the information we hold. As defined heads and ajnas we are both here to sit with our own information and process them our own way. Kate shares how this fixedness can cause her to get stuck in her own mind revisiting the same information and coming to the same answers over and over again when out of alignment. We talk a lot about the permission to not be under pressure when in relationship with open or undefined head centres and how important it can be to verbalise this permission in conversation. We shares different defined head and ajna quirks and the beauty that can be found in hypocrisy and deciding what is worth your mental energy. We also chat opinions, asking others for advice, predicting the plot of the movie and creating within our fixedness. Plus the 42-23, Genius to Freak channel, and how this energy can cause pressure to build that needs to be released so it does not turn inwards. We share the feelings of betrayal that can surface when we know the correct answer for us, via our authority, but do not take the correct actions. Finally, Kate gives her advice for those who need some permission to be fixed right now.  Connect with Kate here: www.instagram.com/kate_marolt  www.katemarolt.com www.facebook.com/superchargeyourlife If you loved this episode, you can buy me a coffee :) Your small support allows me to continue creating incredible and impactful content! https://www.buymeacoffee.com/PracticalA To continue the conversation, be sure to follow me on instagram, @rachaelami.
