#21 Rest in Real Life - How Do I Realistically Care for My Undefined Sacral? with Jenna Britton
Listen now
Description
In this week’s episode we dive deeply into what rest actually looks like when you have an undefined sacral, and the regular life commitments we all have to keep. My guest Jenna Britton, 6/2 Splenic Projector, and I discuss how you can begin to, and continue to incorporate rest into your life in small but supportive ways as non-sacral. We talk deeply about the awareness of the tiredness in your physical body and the permission to be more tired than those around you. We also talk about feeling lazy, the shame around need more rest and creating new ways of looking at what rest means. We share how you can make the same task more nourishing or restorative by making small changes that support your energy, your emotions and your body that day. Jenna and I also share the impact you can make on your community when you acknowledge and honour your need for rest. We compare our experiences of having a defined (Jenna) and an open (Rachael) heart center and how this plays into our ability to restfully relax.  Jenna Britton is a clarity coach and writer. She uses Human Design to help people identify who and how they’re designed to be, illuminating the authentic and aligned ways they can show up in work, relationships, their purpose, and more.
