Great podcast for those in ministry
I am giving this review so Jim feels better, you are loved! Practical shepherding has been a huge blessing for me. I stumbled upon it in my first year as a pastor and have been blessed to be in a replay cohort as well as attend a pastor’s retreat in 2022. Brian and Jim are the real deal. Listen to this podcast. Please men, could you address this question: I am two years into my pastoring a campus combined with three other campuses. The lead pastor has us reading business books so we can learn to work together better. Our staff is on a book that we have spent two entire staff meetings on and will spend at least one more. What is your opinion on the six pastors of our church using (I believe wasting) our time on business self-help books. Help me understand if I need to see this differently, because right now I am extremely frustrated. Help please

I am continually encouraged by Brian and Jim. Some of their talks are matters we have questioned in our ministry, other talks have opened my eyes to matters I have not yet considered but needed to. Thanks so much for the help!

God recently called me to pastor my first church. At 28 years old, I cannot adequately express how thankful I am for the wisdom of Brian and Jim. I am a relatively new listener and I’m playing catch up. God bless you brothers
