Part of my practice is to pursue and try to manage the triggers in my life that can make me react in way that is not beneficial. I use Stoicism and meditation as a way to seek greater control over myself and my mind. I don’t always succeed but as Tanner notes, there aren’t too many if any sages out there.

This is one of my favorite podcasts! I’m fairly new to stoicism, and frankly, philosophy. This podcast is super insightful and I’m excited for what’s to come in the future. I’ll be ordering the paperback books as soon as I can!
