“thank you thank you thank you for being open about your ADHD. i love your podcast in general but in your episode āTraining Your Attentionā i had to pause when you said you have ADHD. i almost cried because i relate to you. iāve spent a majority of my life unmedicated and recently got back on medication. now iām making the decision to go back off medication because youāre right, the side effects arenāt worth it. I just turned 24 on the 12th, Iāve also recently accepted my ADHD and its challenges out loud, I have a workbook on it, podcasts and thereās an app called Inflow that is GREAT for ADHD!!! So you mentioning that at this period of my life helped me remember Iām not alone and I hope you remember that too. It also made this episode hit closer to home knowing you relate.
