Instead of flipping through the book of Christian Prayer alone, or in a quiet group of nuns (back in high school), I've been able to learn where to find prayers, how they are changed for holy days, etc. The book has taken on new life, and I love the chance to incorporate a nice, manageable, ritualistic 10 minutes of prayer into my life.
