Poorly executed
Agree with all those who like the idea of this podcast but think this is poorly executed. And I’m SO SICK of the lame question about going on a blind date. The narrator is a journalist, for crying out loud. Surely she can come up with something imaginative to replace this tired question. And yes, perhaps this is a generational thing but her voice is really irritating. She sounds like she’s reading from a script—so unnatural. Finally, the audio is very poor. There are long pauses and lots of background noise.

This show is trying too hard. I love the concept, but the Madison episode really turned me off. I think there were enough politics going on at the founding without bringing our modern politics into it. Plus all the criticism everyone else has leveled. Interesting material, but hard to listen to on public transit during my commute. I have to constantly turn the volume up and down.
