Another great podcast from Mark's Daily Apple
...this one focuses on the fitness side of the primal living style. As usual, the info is spot on and presented in a very interesting and professional manner - even for someone like me who doesn't engage in endurance training. I'm hoping for some more interviews with women since their bodies seem to function a bit differently than male bodies. To me, this is the perfect podcast to get to learn more about endurance training as a newbie since I trust these guys and their info.
