He is a design practitioner, author, and public servant. His current role is as a senior advisor on business transformation. His past roles include business strategist, documentary writer, creative director, user experience manager, experience designer, product manager, editor, graphic designer, software engineer, and more. He is the co-author of The Transformable Enterprise: Enterprise Architecture in a New Key and Prescriptive Analytics: A Short Introduction to Counterintuitive Intelligence. He studied computer science at the university and was drawn to the broader field of design and organizational transformation over the years. He lives with his family in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
