This is a much better proposal of the situation instead of leaving it for the Bourgeois government, which would inevitably would use it toward its own end by, for example, getting their monopolies exclusive access to exploit natural resources with corrupt tribal governments. Even a reasonable land reclamation when there is also a massive decline in the standard of living would put the general American public against it.
A land reclamation from the treaties would simply be upholding the dead letter of a document written with radically different conditions in mind”
