“I was really looking forward to Cesar's series of podcasts and I am so pleased with the first couple of episodes!
There are a bunch of books and podcasts out there that tell me "how"to do Project management, but what I really want is to hear the human stories of the best practitioners - I want to know "why"the best thinkers choose their paths and get their ideas.
I love that Cesar's show does this.
Peter Taylor is a great first guest - don't be deceived by his title though, I came away thinking that he is one smart, efficient, perceptive guy! Again, I loved his personal story - the journey from PM to writing a book and speaking - WOW! This is what I want to hear!
Traci Duez is another intuitive, thinker and speaker that catches my ear - I love the way this episode had me thinking about my own strengths and what I could work on to improve my leadership style.
I could go on! I'm just so happy for Cesar and I really enjoy this series - I can't wait to hear more great thinkers and practitioners, to share their stories and understand more about their personal motivations and practices that took them on their journeys.”
