After listening to the first three episodes (zero through 2) of Cesar's new show, I'm looking forward to listening on a weekly basis. In Episode 1, Peter Taylor provided good advice for being productive. I look forward to reading his book. Episode 2 with Traci Duez was amazing. I will be using her tips on motivating a team immediately.
