“I haven’t written a podcast review before, but after listening to this one I could not, in good conscience, remain silent. I’m only four episodes in, and so far every aspect of this production has been amazing. It’s a hard business, writing, performing and producing podcast content that shines brightly, but this one is cleverly written, beautifully voiced by skillful actors, and sounds great.
On top of that, the story is truly engaging, and has characters that actually do things we would do in similar circumstances, which is a breath of fresh air in the podcast universe. Finally, I’m not just listening to a podcast only because I feel I wasted a bunch of time so far, yet I am compelled to stick with it so find out what happens, which usually ends up in disappointment. No, this time I am invested in the characters and plot, and I have to force myself not to binge the whole series, and that’s an awesome position to be in.
