“I had searched for ages to find a podcast I can listen to at any time of the day, any way I’m feeling, and I have never found one as good as Prologues. Being 26 years old, married and someone who has also struggled with their mental health, to have someone who is so open that I can completely relate to is so comforting for me. I have listened to every episode and I am going to go back to listen to them again because you just get so many takeaways from each one. I genuinely cannot recommend this podcast enough, Mary is so insightful, funny, authentic and genuinely just a lovely person.
