The Lord is restoring the understanding of time and the element of time its self-that is why a new spirit of faith is being poured out upon the church to repair its impaired functionality. Many for ages have been a victim of broken time so to say that is why even with the ability to prophecy, little change to the course of the world has been made thus far.
