This industry is full of a lot of BS from people who think they have all the answers even though they have only been developing for a few years. This podcast in not like that. It is about long term wealth and making smart decisions. I highly recommend this podcast for people who have realistic ambitions in this sector. Gavin also has a fb group and he personally responds to people questions with useful advice. It is the first thing I listen to on a Monday morning.”
