“An instructive podcast, but Andrew Weismann has been infected by the MSNBC “sort of” verbal tic. “Sort of” is a bad, ambiguous fill phrase to use when discussing the law. A law either is Constitutional or it is not, or its Constitutionality is disputed. But it’s not “sort of” Constitutional.”
