More reviews of Prosecuting Donald Trump
An instructive podcast, but Andrew Weismann has been infected by the MSNBC “sort of” verbal tic. “Sort of” is a bad, ambiguous fill phrase to use when discussing the law. A law either is Constitutional or it is not, or its Constitutionality is disputed. But it’s not “sort of” Constitutional.

We should have known that T45–endlessly litigious, rife with corruption, spewing fire hose of crimes and ethical misconduct—would require some of the best legal minds to help us sort it out. That’s what we have here—sprinkled with charm and humor to help us weather the lessons.

Excellent explanation for the layperson of how prosecutors approach a case. I learned a bit about the law without going to law school. Both hosts have pleasant voices. Also, the tenor of the conversation was just right — informative and congenial. A bit of humor. Thank you.
