Kirsten Welles, L.Ac, RPP, MTOM, is a licensed acupuncturist and received her medical training and master's in traditional Chinese medicine from Emperor's College. She is one of the directors at the Akasha Center for Integrative Medicine in Santa Monica, California, and a founding member of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School. Kirsten currently serves as a faculty member and master coach with Life Mastery Institute.
