As we approach the end of the year I am going to be sharing with you some of the practices, and habits, I have at this time of year in relation to my yoga business. As the year draws to a close it is a natural point in the year to review your yoga business. From this review the next step is to set some goals, what are my next steps and what is my bigger “what if this is possible goal”? All this needs to be from a balance and calm within your nervous system, so you can make non-attached decisions that align with you energetically. Goals have to feel possible, some very achievable and some that push what we believe to be possible, but this is where we call in the expansion we are ready for. Goals also help us to plan, what is coming up and when, and what do I need to invest the time and energy into. For example, if your goal is to fill your retreat for next April, what does the data say? How many people are already booked?  What is your break-even point?  What goal do you have in terms of numbers? From this what are the actions you are going to take to fill that yoga retreat you have coming up?
