I agree with an earlier review (posted 12/19/2021) who stated that while this podcast is wonderfully informative, listening to it is complicated by Dr. Nigro’s inability to focus on his audience while speaking. Making snide remarks, questioning what Julie, his wife is doing, and overall, not placing attention on his audience makes listening difficult and overall, not enjoyable. Loud background noise(s (water running, pot banging, etc…) also detract from this podcast. Dr. Nigro, please find a quiet room in your home/office, and away from Julie, to conduct this podcast.

The first episodes were okay. But now the host rants a lot and speaks in rigid CBT absolutes; his way or the highway. Top that off with him and his wife arguing a lot, it is really unprofessional in my opinion.
