Wow. As a person coping with BPD, you sure make us out to be villains. Zero compassion, not helpful. It’s the last thing we need is to have our loved ones to be taught to think about us this way.

The first episodes were okay. But now the host rants a lot and speaks in rigid CBT absolutes; his way or the highway. Top that off with him and his wife arguing a lot, it is really unprofessional in my opinion.
