“I have been listening to this podcast for about 2-3 years. At that time, this was the only podcast in the public health field that was both professional and digestible. I was in undergrad at the time and taking those next steps to get in a MPH program. I am the first in my family to go to grad school so I did not know the process and Dr. CH Huntley was the guidance I needed. When I got into my MPH program, my school was about a 45 minute commute and the podcast helped me stay current on the issues and build my public health professional network. My most favorite experience with Dr. CH Huntley and the podcast, is when she started doing the Tribal Epidemiology series! I am Native American in the public health field and we need more of us in this field. I’m so glad Dr. CH Huntley is highlighting my people as this is not taught in the public health curriculum. Thank you Dr. CH Huntley and yes, I graduated with my MPH degree this past May!”
