“In 7/11/1986 Ellerhorst,Julie an intern at the VA hospital in Houston Texas forced a large instrument through the small hole in my penis causing me to pee blood in the following days. I haven’t been able to get an erection since, I have some of the worst nightmares about this ordeal, no sex life and I am as miserable as any human can be. The veterans administration swept this tragedy under the rug claiming that this was not the reason for my impotence and I shouldn’t be compensated. I’m a black man who served in the U.S. Navy and have been HURT badly by the V.A., Ellerhorst, Julie in this racist society with little or no recourse.
