“Sports media is awash in hot takes and the harpies screaming these hot takes. My NFL/Patriots reading and listened has shrunk to a few select writers and one show, Quick Slants. Between Tom, Phil and the player’s perspective that Mayo brings, this is a must listen once a show hits my library. I even ate at a Papa Gino’s recently, thanks to Tom and Phil talking non stop about those 5 ingredients, and the pizza still tastes the same as when I used eat at the Meffa Square location back in the early 80s as a teenager. Tom, Phil and Jerod-please please please don’t let this go to your heads.”
