Important if uncomfortable
Thank you for this podcast, it woke me up. I thought that my Internet habits were healthy, because I always check the sources, facts, and people’s backgrounds on anything involving science or politics. While listening, I tried to answer the questions in the interviews, and eventually realized that I was watching YouTube to figure out what I want to do in life. Pretending to be ”doing research” was ridiculous avoidance. Although I have learned a lot from videos in the past, the new algorithm seems to be serving up more unaswered questions, turning anxiety into watch time. To anyone who liked this podcast, I would recommend the book An Ugly Truth by S. Frenkel and C. Kang.

More reviews of Rabbit Hole
A much-needed examination of how people unwittingly fall into the rabbit hole. It will take a conscious effort to get out. Hopefully, this podcast will help some with their deprogramming, although I’m not sure it will get that audience.

Great interviews give a glimpse of out troubled time. Is not clear why Facebook, YouTube, etc are not treated as propaganda platforms which unfortunately are politically used to spread lies and hate ideology. Hope next chapter follows up with this very serious problem.

I’ve only heard this first episode but it’s got a fascinating perspective that should provide valuable insights into our changing world.
