“Being a massive Rome fan since it first aired I’ve waited and searched
and hoped for years that someone would do a podcast worthy of such an amazing show and I’ve only just found it now. This is exactly what you would expect and hope as a Rome fan. The hosts are warm, accessible and knowledgable and clearly love the show despite its flaws and limitations, and the addition of interviews with some of the cast, directors and producers-makes for a very satisfying and long overdue look at one of the best series of all time, unfairly killed off before its time. Can’t wait for more of this. I binged the whole lot in a day!”
