Universal Maximum Wage episode
Love the episode with Mr. Pizzagati. Yes, city of Portland May have collected $3 million in taxes from corporations doing business with city and not maintaining a wage disparity less than 100:1. Does that money translate to benefiting the greater good? Based on number of houseless people living in tents along downtown sidewalks and under freeway overpasses, a person might wonder. Same question re the proceeds of a $362 million affordable housing bond measure passed in 2018 and curious lack of “affordable housing.”
