Description
John Noltner is a freelance photographer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, specializing in images of people, lifestyle, and travel. In 2009, John founded "A Peace of My Mind," a multimedia art project that fosters public dialogue about issues related to conflict resolution, civic responsibility, and peace. With black and white portraits and oral histories, more than 50 subjects describe what peace means to them, how they work toward it in their lives, and some of the obstacles they encounter.
We're interviewing Mellisa Dormoy, founder of Shambala Kids. She is on a mission to reach and teach self-esteem, stress management, and goal attainment to children and teens all over the globe through meditation and relaxation audio and programs.
