Born and raised in Queens, New York, Myk LO was exposed to all types of music that the “World's Borough”had to offer. Myk LO fell in love with hip-hop at a young age, but he enjoyed listening to the beats. Inspired by Cookin Soul, Madlib, and DJ Premier, Myk LO started creating beats in 2020 while being in isolation during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
