Hello Sarah, I have been listening to your podcast for a month now and I am so glad I came across your channel when I did. I’m a fairly new ER nurse, just finished my ER speciality training 4 months ago. I have had a lot of learning moments in your podcast and what I love the most about it is that instead of saying - advocate for your patients or be proactive or document properly, you actually give us the literal words to use. You don’t realize how big of a difference it makes for a newer/inexperienced nurse when we not only know that we gotta advocate and stand up for the patient, but we also know exactly what words to use and how to effectively convey our concerns. These podcasts are phenomenal! I was introduced to Sarah in my clinical rotation. She is so insightful! I recommend this to anyone, even if you think you won’t understand it. Sarah explains things so well!
