DVR & Eno are Legends
DVR & Eno are easily two of the best in the business. They are detail oriented and their insights lead directly to results. Sadly, the guests are less great. Britt is unoriginal, speaks in the form of a question and tries too hard to sound like Eno with her squeaky cadence. Al always “feels-like” he’s reading a teleprompter and is full of edgeless stale data. Ian is unlistenable. I know that sounds harsh, but his consistent useless “gut feeling” input as an actor (really?) is a hard waste of time. Besides never coming up for air, you can tell Ian loves the sound of his own voice more than sharing useful info. This all being said, if you are lucky you’ll get DVR & Eno on an episode to themselves, which leads to a high-rate of smarter than average insights spanning everything in MLB from; player development, explanations for hot and cold streaks, the numbers behind the numbers to decipher which player performances are real or not and the impacts of league policy and market forces. DVR & Eno are easily the consensus 1 and 1a experts of highlighting relevant Baseball stats throughout the season, and consistently reveal where to find highly useful underlying predictive information you can use instantly to enjoy the sport even more. Sure, you might get Gombered but hey, it’s baseball. 5 Stars. Enjoy!

Friday episodes are insufferable. They just complain about stuff without talking about fantasy baseball.

Brittany Ghiroli is one of the smartest people covering MLB today and she should be on the pod more!
