Tex G. Hall, "Ihbudah Hishi" (Red Tipped Arrow) has been a two-term President of the National Congress of America Indians. Tex is the Chairma and CEO of the Inter-Tribal Economic Alliance (ITEA), a national coalition of Indian tribes, Alaska Natives Corporations, and Native Hawaiian communities formed to create Indian jobs and businesses by promoting "Buy Indian", Native 8a contracting, set-asides in federal spending bills, and Native-to-Native business and purchasing agreements.
