“I’ve listened to this podcast for over a year and do like the hosts and their book recs but it’s always rubbed me the wrong way how they always seem to be just exhausted and frustrated about something (and I’m a mom of twin toddlers so trust me, I understand exhaustion - but that’s not what I’m wanting to hear about on my book podcasts). It just doesn’t seem like they want to be there - which makes sense with their latest announcement that they’re going down to episodes every other week, that they’re just not enjoying making the podcast as much anymore. Why bother continuing with the podcast then if it’s such a drag? Unfortunately I think it’s time to finally unfollow.”

“I just discovered this podcast and I love it! The only negative I have is that they use Amazon links for the books in their show notes, I wish they would link to bookshop.org or somewhere similar to support smaller book sellers.”
