Description
Jones County High School was one of the lowest performing school districts in the state of North Carolina. As part of the Race to the Top initiative, the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction's District and School Transformation Team went to work with Jones County administrators and a number of business and community partners to take the school from failure to success. "Whatever It Takes" is Jones County High School's motto. See how a group comprising dedicated educators, parents, students and community members worked together to dramatically increase the school's performance and graduation rates, thereby transforming the lives and futures of hundreds of young people.
This video explains the various online modules available for educators across the State.
