Listen now
Description
Today I’m in conversation with Meredith Bell, who describes how she was once blind to the impact of her own busy mind. Learning about the nature of thought created a meaningful shift that allowed her to slow down, gain perspective, and let go of criticism toward herself and others. Meredith shares personal insights from her unique entrepreneurial journey that opened the door to limitless creativity.   Meredith Bell has been an entrepreneur since 1982, and she’s an expert in helping companies develop the people side of their business. Meredith is co-founder and President of Performance Support Systems, a global software company based in Virginia. Their award-winning assessment and development tools have been used by all types of organizations to help leaders and team members become more effective performers.  Many clients have done business with her company for more than 20 years. Meredith is also author and co-author of two books published in 2020.  Her solo book, Strong for Performance: Create a Culture with Learning & Development Programs That Stick, and her new book, Connect with Your Team: Mastering the Top 10 Communication Skills, which she co-authored with Denny Coates, her business partner of 30 years.
