Since then I’ve downloaded as many as I can, starting with episode 1, and skipping ahead to catch the most recent episodes, using my daily commute to catch up on as many episodes as I can. For personal reasons, I’ve been in a hiatus in my real estate activities, but listening to Kevin’s podcasts and his highly-qualified guests, motivates me to refocus my energy in multifamily properties. He chooses excellent speakers, and his personable style makes it easy for the listener to relate to him, as we listen to his investing successes, and the successes from learning through his mistakes and errors.
